BCCCC members from USAA and The Pokémon Company International also shared practices for designing and implementing successful ERG programs, including tips for creating a supportive and inclusive culture, engaging executive leadership, and measuring impact.

Whether you're just starting to explore the potential of ERGs or looking to take your existing programs to the next level, re-watch this webinar for insights and practical guidance on leveraging these groups as a strategic lever in promoting employee engagement.
