A supportive culture sets a strong foundation for corporate citizenship programs. When people across the organization are engaged with environmental and social impact initiatives, it makes CSR stronger and more effective. At the 2022 International Corporate Citizenship Conference events, representatives from Liberty Mutual and its Community Investments team convened both virtually and onstage to discuss how Liberty Torchbearers, an expanded giving, service, and volunteering program, led to stronger employee engagement and more meaningful community impact.
