Developing an inclusive generation of STEM leaders

While diversity and inclusion powers innovation, people of color and women are underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. To help address this disparity and reap the benefits of increased innovation, many companies—including Toyota North America and Samsung Electronics America—have focused their corporate citizenship programming on developing interest and skills in STEM among young people, with the hope of sparking interest in a future career.
